Why spices, because I think they can be the key ingredient to so many great dishes. Although an oops, there are other really important ingredient, but i couldn’t put them all in the name if I did then it would get to long and complicated.
Sunsets
Because everywhere I go the sun has to set even if its cloudy and raining somewhere underneath is a sunset.
I spend my life in beautiful places, although this doesn’t always mean I’m in a beautiful mood. There is still sometimes an ominous cloud of reality that obscures these beautiful places that I visit, to the extent that even I don’t appreciate my own life at times.
However whenever I look back at photos I smile and a very wise person once told me
“Smile and the world smiles back”
So this little blog is my smile to whoever reads it
Combining the fact that I travel a lot and that I cook for a living, this blog will be a memo of the places that I visit, and a log of the dishes I have developed. All using the inspiration of the places that I have been and the people I’ve met.
Not all the recipes are necessarily native to the places I go, sometimes it’s something that I ate and simply want to recreate and some are just a fusion of the ingredients’ that I can get hold of in the places that I’m in.
